About the Role

We are seeking an AI Specialist who combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions. This role goes beyond experimentation—you will apply AI technologies to solve real-world challenges in marketing, sales, service, operations, and customer support.

As a core member of the delivery team, you will collaborate with consultants, strategists, and product experts to build scalable solutions using LLMs, generative AI, predictive analytics, automation platforms, and CRM/marketing technologies. You will also act as a subject matter expert, demystifying AI for clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
·         Experience:
  • 5+ years in technology solutions, consulting, or related
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with AI solutions (generative AI, predictive analytics, agentic AI, LLMs).
  • Proven experience developing AI agents, applications, or
  • Strong background in CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven
·         Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, ) and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs (LangChain, AutoGPT, ai, Copilot).
  • Knowledge of NLP models (e.g., BERT, GPT) and business
  • Hands-on experience with integration (RESTful APIs, webhooks) and basic scripting (Python preferred).
  • Exposure to generative AI tools (DALL-E, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, ) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with airlines and agencies to ensure seamless implementation of behavior plans and NDC APIs.
